摘　　要：目的:研究甘肃省农村地区癫痫患者疾病家庭负担及影响因素,为减轻农村癫痫患者家庭负担提供科学依据。方法:2021年3月1日—12月31日,选取在甘肃省庄浪县、华亭县、清水县、岷县4个农村地区癫痫防治管理项目示范点中确诊的惊厥性癫痫患者作为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表和疾病家庭负担量表进行调查。结果:323例农村癫痫患者中,有87.00%的患者存在疾病家庭负担;单因素分析结果显示,职业、家庭经济收入、病程、发作频率、依从性、治疗费用是癫痫患者疾病家庭负担的影响因素;多元线性回归分析结果显示,家庭经济收入、依从性、病程、治疗费用是影响癫痫患者疾病家庭负担的主要因素。结论:甘肃省农村地区癫痫患者疾病家庭负担较高,家庭经济收入低、依从性差、病程长、治疗费用高是癫痫患者疾病家庭负担的危险因素,各级相关管理部门应对农村地区癫痫患者疾病家庭负担重的情况予以高度关注,并出台相应政策,对农村地区癫痫患者特别是贫困患者提供更多的诊疗措施和经济补助,从而减轻癫痫患者的疾病家庭负担,提高患者及家属的生活质量。OBJECTIVE To study the family burden scale of disease about epilepsy patients and its influencing factors in rural areas of Gansu,and to provide scientific basis for reducing the family burden of epilepsy patients in rural areas.METHODS From March to December in 2021,the Family Burden Scale of Disease(FBS)was used to evaluate the disease family burden of 232 epilep⁃sy patients in rural areas of Gansu.SPSS19.0 software was used for t-test,analysis of variance and regression analysis.Analyze pos⁃sible influencing factors about the family burden of patients.RESULTS There were 87.00%epilepsy patients had disease family bur⁃den among the 323 rural epilepsy patients in rural areas.There was statistical difference in the family burden scores of patients with different economic income,course of disease,attack frequency,compliance,and treatment costs.But there was no statistically differ⁃ent gender,age,marriage,education level,age of onset,and types of medication.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the pa⁃tient’s family economic income,compliance,course of disease,and treatment costs were the factors affecting the family burden.CONCLUSION The family burden of epilepsy patients in rural areas is high.Patients with low family income,poor compliance,long course of disease and high treatment costs are risk factors of family burden of disease.Targeted intervention measures should be tak⁃en to reduce the burden of disease families.
