摘　　要：目的:分析2022年厦门市≥65岁老年人的健康体检结果,为开展社区老年人健康管理提供依据。方法:对2022年厦门市265140名≥65岁老年人的健康体检结果进行汇总分析。结果:厦门市≥65岁老年人主要体检异常结果为中心性肥胖(65.47%)、心电图异常(54.74%)、确诊高血压(46.97%)、肝功能异常(39.70%)、超重(39.20%)。女性中心性肥胖发生率高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.311,P=0.012),BMI正常的老年人中心性肥胖发生率为28.96%。高血压患者血压控制率为64.92%,普通人群高血压发生率为24.29%。糖尿病患者血糖控制率为41.50%,普通人群高血糖发生率为20.43%。患有≥1种慢性病的老年人占比为85.59%,患有≥2种慢性病的占62.85%。结论:2022年厦门市≥65岁老年人慢性病患病率高且共病问题突出,应采取综合干预措施,实现老年人多病共管、共防、共治、共减。OBJECTIVE To understand the health status of the elderly in Xiamen and provide a basis for community health man⁃agement of the elderly.METHODS Summarize and analyze the health examination results of 265140 elderly people aged 65 and above in Xiamen in 2022.RESULTS The main physical examination abnormalities of the elderly in Xiamen were:central obesity(65.47%),abnormal electrocardiogram(54.74%),confirmed hypertension(46.97%),abnormal liver function(39.7%),and over⁃weight(39.2%).Centrally obese women were higher than men(χ^(2)=6.311,P=0.012),the incidence of central obesity in elderly peo⁃ple with normal BMI was 28.96%.The blood pressure control rate of hypertensive patients was 64.92%,and the incidence of hyper⁃tension in the general population was 24.29%.The control rate of blood sugar in diabetes patients was 41.50%,and the incidence of hyperglycemia in the general population was 20.43%.85.59%of elderly people suffer from one or more chronic diseases,while 62.85%still suffer from two or more chronic diseases.CONCLUSION The prevalence of chronic diseases among the elderly in Xia⁃men is high,and the problem of commodities is prominent.Comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to achieve joint management,prevention,treatment,and reduction of multiple diseases among the elderly.
