摘　　要：目的:构建中国成人主动健康素养评估体系,为我国居民的主动健康素养评价提供工具。方法:通过文献分析法、专题小组访谈法制定指标体系和问卷,采用方便抽样方法,对500名社区居民进行问卷调查,采用因子分析法对评估体系进行统计分析。结果:评估体系最终确定为3个一级指标(包括主动健康理念、主动健康知识、主动健康行动)、8个二级指标(包括主动学习、主动规划、掌握基本的健康知识、掌握基本的急救知识技能、主动监测、生活习惯、社会行为、疾病干预)和36个三级指标。评价指标中各维度和指标间具有相关性,对3个维度的因子分析结果显示,特征值均≥1.0的公因子分别是2个、2个和4个,累积贡献率分别为59.132%、69.425%和54.586%,各因子负荷值均在0.4以上。结论:本研究构建的主动健康素养评估体系具有较高的科学性和实用性,可考虑作为我国居民的主动健康素养评价工具。OBJECTIVE To construct the evaluation system of adult active health literacy in China and provide a tool for the evaluation of active health literacy in Chinese residents.METHODS Documentary,focus group interviews were applied to question⁃naire investigation and expert interview to develop indicator systems and questionnaires.500 community residents were selected to questionnaire survey by convenience sampling,and factor analysis was used to evaluate the index system.RESULTS It has set up a series of index system of active health literacy including 3 first-level index(active health concept,active health knowledge,active health action),8 second-level index(active learning,active planning,basic health knowledge,first aid skills,active monitoring,liv⁃ing habits,social behavior,active intervention)and 36 third-level index.There were correlations between dimensions and indicators in the evaluation index.The factor analysis results of the three dimensions showed that there were 2,2 and 4 common factors with ei⁃genvalues≥1.0,respectively,and the cumulative contribution rates were 59.132%,69.425%and 54.586%,respectively.the loading value of each factor was≥0.4.CONCLUSION The active health literacy evaluation index system was scientific and practical,and could be considered as an active health literacy evaluation tool for Chinese residents.
