摘　　要：目的:分析2009—2019年上海市静安区户籍人口肺结核病例的死亡情况,为减少肺结核的死亡率及提高静安区结核病防治工作的管理质量提供科学依据。方法;对2009—2019年结核病管理信息系统中的静安区肺结核病例登记资料进行描述性流行病学分析,利用SPSS23.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:2009—2019年静安区登记户籍人口肺结核病例死亡的比例是6.22%,其中死亡原因为结核死亡、呼吸系统疾病及肿瘤的占总死亡例数的67.2%;死亡病例中有合并症的占59.0%,合并症主要为肿瘤、呼吸系统及内分泌系统疾病。结论:加强对重点人群尤其是老年人、复治和痰涂片阳性患者的化疗管理和关怀,提高患者的治疗依从性和积极性,控制呼吸道以及肿瘤、内分泌系统疾病等并发症,有效降低肺结核死亡率。OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of the death situation of registered pulmonary tuberculosis(TB)in Shanghai Jing’an District from 2009 to 2019,to provide scientific basis for reducing the death of TB and improving the management of TB prevention and treatment in Jing’an district.METHODS Descriptive analysis of the TB case registration data from 2009 to 2019 management information system,Using SPSS23.0 statistical software to analyze data.RESULTS In Jing’an District,6.22%of registered TB patients died between 2009 and 2019,The causes of death were TB,respiratory diseases and tumor,accounting for 67.2%of the total deaths.Complications were found in 59.0%of the dead cases,mainly including tumor,respiratory and endocrine system diseases.CONCLUSION To strengthen the management and care of key groups,especially the elderly,re-treatment and smear-positive patients,to improve the treatment compliance and enthusiasm of patients,and to individually control the complications of respiratory tract,tumor and endocrine system diseases,can effectively reduce the mortality of pulmonary TB.
