江门市新会区部分儿童家长多种疫苗联合接种认知及接种意愿调查

摘　　要：目的:了解江门市新会区家长对多种疫苗联合接种的认知和接种意愿情况,并分析其影响因素。方法:2021年4月20日—5月25日采用自行设计的问卷对新会区家长进行问卷调查。采用χ^(2)检验和logistic回归分析分别对多种疫苗联合接种意愿的影响因素进行单因素和多因素分析。结果:共回收问卷742份,其中,60.11%的儿童家长愿意进行多种疫苗联合接种,不愿意进行多种疫苗联合接种的原因主要是担心疫苗的不良反应(76.69%)和疫苗的有效性(53.04%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,职业为公职人员(OR=3.397)、家务及待业(OR=1.847)的家长更愿意接受多种疫苗联合接种。结论:新会区家长对多种疫苗联合接种的意愿率不高,家长职业是儿童家长对多种疫苗联合接种意愿的影响因素,相关部门需加强对家长进行多种疫苗联合接种的宣传力度。OBJECTIVE To understand the cognition of simultaneous inoculation and the vaccination willingness among parents in Xinhui District,and analyze its influencing factors.METHODS Parents in Xinhui District were investigated by self-designed ques⁃tionnaire.Theχ^(2) test and logistic regression analysis were used in univariate analysis and multivariate analysis to evaluate influenc⁃ing factors of vaccination willingness.RESULTS A total of 742 questionnaires were collected,60.11%of parents were willing to re⁃ceive multiple vaccines all at once.The rest who refuse it by reason of worrying about the adverse reactions of vaccines(76.69%)and efficacy of vaccines(53.04%).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the parents who act as officials(OR=3.397),housework and the unemployed(OR=1.847)were highly willing to receive multiple vaccines.CONCLUSION The willingness rate of simultaneous inoculation among parents in Xinhui District was not high.The occupation was the influencing factor of parents’willing⁃ness of simultaneous inoculation.It is necessary to strengthen the publicity and education of simultaneous inoculation.
