摘　　要：目的:研究对糖尿病患者采用可视化模拟护理干预,对其治疗依从性、满意度及生活质量的改善作用。方法:选取2020年4月—2023年4月漯河市第一人民医院内分泌代谢科100例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成对照组和实验组,每组患者各50例,且分别予以常规护理、可视化模拟护理。评估对比两组治疗依从性,并调查对比满意度和生活质量。结果:护理后,实验组糖尿病依从性量表(DMSES)评分(171.85±5.97)分高于对照组的(165.30±5.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总满意度82.00%低于实验组的96.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分(86.48±4.37)分高于对照组的(75.86±4.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者实施可视化模拟护理干预能提高糖尿病患者的依从性、满意度及生活质量。OBJECTIVE To study the effect of visual simulation nursing intervention on treatment compliance,satisfaction and quality of life of diabetic patients.METHODS 100 diabetic patients in secretory metabolism department from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number ta⁃ble method,with 50 patients in each group,and they were respectively given routine nursing and visual simulation nursing.The treat⁃ment compliance of the two groups was assessed and compared,and the satisfaction and quality of life were investigated.RESULTS After nursing,the Diabetes Management Self-Efficacy Scale(DMSES)score(171.85±5.97)of experimental group was higher than that of control group(165.30±5.42),which was of statistical value(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the control group was 82.00%lower than that of the experimental group 96.00%(P<0.05).the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score of experimental group(86.48±4.37)was higher than that of control group(75.86±4.42),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The implementation of visual simulation nursing intervention in diabetic patients can improve compliance,increase satisfaction and regulate quality of life,which is worthy of recommendation.
