摘　　要：目的:了解日照市基层医疗卫生机构中医药适宜技术推广应用现状及存在的问题,探讨基层中医药适宜技术推广的政策建议。方法:采用立意抽样法,于2023年4—6月在日照市4个区(县)抽取5家社区卫生服务中心、14家乡镇卫生院、36家村卫生室,分别对各机构负责人及就诊患者进行调查。结果:日照市基层医疗卫生机构在“国医堂”等中医专科设置、中医药人才队伍建设、中医药适宜技术及中医适宜技术治疗病种开展、中医药服务患者满意度等方面均取得积极成效,但仍存在专业技术及服务人员需增多、就医环境需改善、就诊人次偏少、患者接受程度需加强、支持政策需增加等问题。结论:日照市基层医疗卫生机构中医药适宜技术已得到积极推广,今后应加大中医药人才队伍建设,加强基层医疗卫生机构全员中医药知识培训,加大财政、医保等政策支持,加大中医药科普宣传和监督力度。OBJECIVE Through the investigation,to understand the current status and problems in the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)appropriate techniques in primary medical and health institutions of Rizhao,and discuss the policy sugges⁃tions for improving the promotion of TCM appropriate techniques in the region.METHODS Using the intentional sampling method,5 Street community health service centers,14 Township health centers,and 36 Village clinics were selected in 4 Districts(Counties)of Rizhao from April to June in 2023,and questionnaires were conducted for the heads of various institutions and patients.RESULTS Rizhao’s primary medical and health institutions have achieved positive promotion results in the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine specialties such as“Chinese Medicine Hall”,the construction of traditional Chinese medicine talent team,the develop⁃ment of TCM appropriate techniques and the treatment of diseases with TCM appropriate techniques,and the satisfaction of patients using TCM appropriate techniques.but there are still problems such as the need to increase professional technology and service per⁃sonnel,the need to improve the medical environment,the number of visits using TCM appropriate techniques is low,the need to strengthen patient acceptance,and the need to increase supporting policies.CONCLUSION The TCM appropriate techniques in pri⁃mary medical and health institutions of Rizhao has been actively promoted,but it still needs to be further improved,and targeted measures include:increasing the construction of traditional Chinese medicine talents;strengthen the training of all staff in primary medical institutions on Chinese medicine knowledge;increasing policy support such as finance and medicare;increasing the popular⁃ization of TCM;increasing supervision.
