无锡市锡山区成年居民高血压流行特征及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查与分析无锡市锡山区成年居民高血压流行特征及其影响因素,为当地社区慢性病综合防治规划的制定提供科学依据。方法:于2019—2020年采用多阶段、分层、整群随机抽样的方法开展慢性病防控社会因素调查,在锡山全区范围内开展年龄≥18周岁常住人口问卷调查和体格检查工作,计算居民高血压患病率,并进行高血压影响因素logistic回归分析。结果:共调查5100人,高血压患病率为30.61%。logistic回归分析结果显示,≥65岁、婚姻状况、吸烟、饮酒、BMI≥24.0 kg/m2、中心型肥胖、合并糖尿病、合并血脂异常是高血压患病的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:锡山区居民高血压患病率较高,且存在多种影响因素,应大力开展健康教育和针对高血压危险因素的健康促进工作,减少高血压的发生。OBJECTIVE The epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of hypertension in Xishan district of Wuxi were in⁃vestigated and analyzed to provide scientific basis for the establishment of comprehensive prevention and control program of chronic diseases in this district.METHODS The survey was carried out from 2019 to 2020.Multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used to conduct questionnaire surveys and physical examinations of the resident population≥18 years old in the whole district,calculate the prevalence of hypertension,and do Logistic regression analysis of risk factors for hypertension.RESULTS In the survey of 5100 people,the prevalence of hypertension was 30.61%.Logistic regression analysis showed that≥65 years of age,marital sta⁃tus,smoking,drinking,BMI≥24 kg/m2,central obesity,diabetes,and dyslipidemia were risk factors for hypertension(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The prevalence of hypertension in Xishan District is relatively high,and there are many risk factors.Health educa⁃tion and health promotion work should be carried out to prevent and control the occurrence of hypertension in accordance with the risk factors of hypertension.
