摘　　要：经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术是利用脐部这一天生凹陷作为手术入路,可以将切口隐藏于此,达到较好的美容效果,但其缺点主要是手术时间较长,操作难度较大。笔者团队自主研发了一种不占腹腔镜通道的U型记忆合金线用于经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术中的牵拉暴露,相比于常规单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术只增加了一个1.6 mm辅助牵拉孔,其术后美容效果与常规单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术相当,但手术时间和手术难度得到了大辐度降低。Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy uses the natural depression of the umbilical cord as the surgical approach,and the incision can be hidden here to achieve better cosmetic results.However,its disadvantages are mainly longer operation time and greater operation difficulty.The author's team independently developed a U-shaped memory alloy wire,which does not take up the laparoscopic channel,for the traction exposure in transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy.Compared with conventional single-port laparoscopic appendectomy,there is only one additional 1.6 mm traction hole.The postoperative cosmetic effect is comparable to that of conventional single-port laparoscopic appendectomy,but the operation time and difficulty are greatly reduced.
