摘　　要：科技特派员的主要任务是服务“三农”。浙江科技特派员制度由习近平同志亲自倡导、亲自部署、亲自推动,形成在全国深有影响的“浙江模式”。目前,浙江通过省市县联动选派科技特派员,从农民迫切需求入手,为浙江“共富乡村”先行探索发挥了示范作用。但当前乡村仍存在一些发展中的困难与矛盾,对科技特派员制度的实施成效造成了一定的制约。在深化科技特派员制度背景下,从完善科技特派员支持政策,推广典型经验,强化创新引领,增强智慧农业,在进一步激发院校动能等方面作些有益的探索,更好地发挥其重大效能。The primary mission of scientific and technological dispatchers is to serve the Three Rural Issue.The scientific and technological dispatchers system in Zhejiang province was personally advocated,deployed,and pro⁃moted by Comrade Xi Jinping,forming the Zhejiang Model that has a deep influence throughout the country.At present,Zhejiang has played a demonstrative role in exploring the Common Prosperity of Rural Areas by selecting scientific and technological dispatchers through the linkage of provinces,cities and counties,starting from the ur⁃gent needs of farmers.However,there are still some difficulties and contradictions in the development of rural are⁃as,which have had a certain impact on the implementation effectiveness of the technological dispatchers system.In the context of deepening the scientific and technological dispatchers system,how to improve the scientific and tech⁃nological dispatchers support policy,promote typical experience,strengthen innovation leadership,enhance smart agriculture,and further stimulate the kinetic energy of colleges to make some useful explorations,so as to better play its major efficiency.
