摘 要:针对目前贵州省茶园管护机具以手扶式为主,且农村劳动力短缺的现状,结合尾气排放对茶叶会产生一定的影响,为进一步解决好丘陵山区茶园机械化管护问题,设计一种电动遥控茶园管理机。通过对机具的行走传动系统、作业传动系统、齿轮等关键部件及遥控控制电路进行设计,并配套设计旋耕、开沟、除草模块,各模块之间可方便拆卸。使用Solidworks Simulation对机具的传动齿轮、悬臂轴等进行仿真分析,并进一步对样机的作业性能进行检测。试验表明,该机具目前能够进行旋耕和开沟模块的快速更换,旋耕作业深度为15.3 cm,开沟作业深度为20.7 cm,遥控距离大于200 m,初步实现“一个动力平台+N个作业模块”的作业模式。In response to the current situation in Guizhou Province where tea garden management equipment is mainly hand held and there is a shortage of rural labor,combined with the impact of exhaust emissions on tea,and to further solve the problem of mechanized management of tea gardens in hilly and mountainous areas,an electric remote control tea garden management machine was designed.Key components such as the walking transmission system,operating transmission system,gears,and remote control circuit of the machine were designed,and rotary tillage was also designed Ditching and weeding modules,each module can be easily disassembled.Use Solidworks Simulation to simulate and analyze the transmission gears,cantilever shafts,etc.of the equipment,and further test the operational performance of the prototype.Experiments have shown that the machine is currently capable of quickly replacing rotary tillage and trenching modules.The depth of rotary tillage operation is 15.3 cm,the depth of trenching operation is 20.7 cm,and the remote control distance is greater than 200 m.It has preliminarily achieved the operation mode of“one power platform+N operation modules”.
