摘 要:全尾砂颗粒群在深锥浓密机给料井内的絮凝沉降行为是固液分离的关键环节。为探究给料井内流场特性,从而提高尾砂深度脱水性能,基于给料井亚克力相似模型、粒子成像测速技术和絮团示踪技术,设计了一套深锥浓密机给料井内流场特性可视化试验系统,并对不同进料流量下给料井原位絮凝体系下的全尾砂颗粒群流场进行了可视化研究。研究结果表明:随着进料流量的增加,相对停留率和湍动能衰减率整体上逐渐增大并趋于稳定,且进料流量存在极限最优值;当进料流量过小时,进料初始动能不足,全尾砂无法充分在给料井内做螺旋运动,絮凝效果较差;当进料流量过高时,给料井出口湍动能仍较大,破坏已完成絮凝的颗粒群,絮凝效果也较差。The flocculation and settlement behavior of full tailings particle groups in the deep cone thickener feedwell is the key link of solid-liquid separation.In order to explore the flow field characteristics inside the feedwell and improve the deep dewatering performance of tailings,a visualization test system for the flow field characteristics inside the feedwell of a deep cone thickener was designed based on the acrylic similarity model of the feedwell,particle imaging velocity measurement technology,and floc tracking technology.The flow fields of full tailings particle groups under the in-situ flocculation system of the feedwell with different feeding flow rates were visualized and studied.The results show that with the increase of feeding flow,the relative retention rate and turbulent kinetic energy decay rate gradually increase and tend to be stable,indicating that there is a limit optimal value of feeding flow.When the feeding flow rate is too small,the initial kinetic energy of the feed is insufficient,the full tailings can not fully spiral movement in the feedwell,and the flocculation effect is poor.When the feeding flow rate is too high,the turbulent kinetic energy at the outlet of the feedwell is still large,which destroys the completed flocculation particle group,and the flocculation effect is poor.
