摘 要:为解决邻采邻掘巷道受强动压影响导致巷道维护困难的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟与巷道现场变形实测的方法,对炭窑坪煤业100302回风巷密集钻孔切顶卸压技术进行了研究。研究结果表明:超前工作面巷道顶板布置密集钻孔后,工作面推进至附近时,回采来压使相邻钻孔塑性区贯穿形成定向弱带,工作面推过后,顶板沿定向弱带及时破断,可达到切顶卸压的目的;确定了密集钻孔切顶卸压的关键参数,并引入平均动载系数,优化了传统密集钻孔间距公式;密集钻孔切顶卸压后,邻采邻掘过程中煤柱应力峰值变化曲线整体降低,切顶时的波动峰值出现波动时间提前、波动范围缩小、波动峰值降低,降幅分别为22.1%、19.9%、19.1%。现场监测结果表明,密集钻孔切顶卸压后邻近工作面掘进巷道围岩处于可控范围内。In order to solve the problem that the roadway is difficult to maintain due to the influence of strong dynamic pressure in the adjacent mining and adjacent excavation of roadway,the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field deformation measurement of roadway were used to study the roof cutting and pressure relief technology of 100302return airway in Tanyaoping Coal Industry.The results are drawn as follows.Firstly,after the dense boreholes are arranged at the roof of the roadway in the advanced working face,when the working face advances to the vicinity,the mining pressure makes the plastic zone of the adjacent boreholes run through to form a directional weak zone.After the working face is pushed through,the roof breaks along the directional weak zone in time,which can achieve the purpose of roof cutting and pressure relief.Secondly,the key parameters of roof cutting and pressure relief of dense boreholes are determined,and the average dynamic load coefficient is introduced to optimize the traditional formula of dense borehole spacing.Thirdly,after the roof cutting and pressure relief of dense boreholes,the peak stress curve of coal pillar decreases as a whole in the process of adjacent mining and adjacent excavation.The fluctuation peak of roof cutting occurs in advance,the fluctuation range decreases,and the fluctuation peak decreases,with the decrease of 22.1%,19.9%and 19.1%respectively.The field monitoring results show that the surrounding rock of the driving roadway in the adjacent working face is within the controllable range after the roof cutting and pressure relief of the dense borehole.
