摘  要:针对海南某铁矿矿源变化导致选矿产品质量下降的问题,通过现场取样,对原矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,获取了矿物组成及质量分数,分析了主要矿物工艺矿物学特征,开展了破碎分级与磁选干抛试验。研究结果表明:矿石主要组成为石英以及含铁矿物,其中,磁铁矿占总矿物质量分数的8.4%,内部铁的分布率高达59.86%,磁铁矿与其他铁矿物的连生较少,但与石英嵌镶紧密,对选矿不利,应着重加强磨矿强度。破碎分级与磁选干抛试验表明:原矿进行破碎分级后获得10~20mm与-5mm两个粒级的产品,根据粒级确定最佳磁选条件,10~20mm粒级原矿最佳的磁场强度应定于0.15T,-5mm粒级原矿最佳的磁场强度应定于0.1 T。工艺优化后铁精矿产品品位达30%以上,产率达到17.37%,铁回收率为38.35%;机制砂产率为27.07%,碎石产率为55.56%,达到了矿山充分高效利用矿石资源的要求。Aiming at the problem of declining product quality in mineral processing caused by the change of mineral source in an iron ore mine in Hainan,the process mineralogy study on the raw ore was conducted through the field sampling,obtaining the mineral composition and mass fraction,the process mineralogical characteristics of main minerals were analyzed,and the crushing classification and magnetic separation dry throwing tests were carried out.The research results indicate that,the main compositions of the ore are quartz as well as iron-containing minerals,of which,magnetite accounts for 8.4%of the total mineral content,and the internal iron content is as high as 59.86%.Magnetite is less contiguous with other iron minerals,but is closely embedded with quartz,which is unfavorable to beneficiation,and it should be focused on strengthening the intensity of grinding.The results of crushing classification and magnetic separation dry throwing tests indicate that,after crushing and grading of the raw ore,the products with two grain sizes of 10-20mm and less than 5mm can be obtained.According to the grain size distribution,the optimal magnetic separation field strength of 10-20mm grain size should be set at 1500GS,and the optimal field strength of raw ore less than 5mm grain size should be set at 1000GS.After the process optimization,the grade of iron concentrate product is more than 30%with a yield of 17.37%,and the iron recovery rate is 38.35%.The yield of machine-made sand is 27.07%,and the yield of gravel is 55.56%,which can meet the requirements of fully and efficiently utilizing ore resources in mines.
