摘 要:为解决传统脂肪酸类萤石捕收剂选择性差、溶解度低、不耐低温等问题,研发了一种新型高效萤石捕收剂CYP-01,对其进行了浮选性能研究、实验室闭路试验、现场分流扩大试验及工业试验。试验结果表明,CYP-01萤石捕收剂具有良好的耐低温、耐酸碱性能,捕收能力强,选择性好,易溶解,分散性好;工业试验获得CaF_(2)品位95.5%、回收率57.7%的高品位精矿以及CaF_(2)品位83.72%、回收率14.57%的低品位精矿,萤石总回收率达到72.27%,显著优于现场捕收剂及原工艺的生产技术指标,体现出该新型萤石捕收剂优良的综合浮选性能。In order to solve the problems of poor selectivity,low solubility and poor resistance to low temperature of traditional fatty acid fluorite collectors,a new high-efficient fluorite collector CYP-01was developed,and its flotation performance,laboratory closed circuit test,on-site split expansion test and industrial test were carried out.The test results show that CYP-01fluorite collector has good resistance to low temperature,acid and alkaline,as well as strong collecting ability,good selectivity,easy dissolution and good dispersion.The industrial experiment obtains high-grade concentrate with a CaF_(2)grade of 94.5%and a recovery rate of 57.7%,as well as low-grade concentrate with a CaF_(2)grade of 83.72%and a recovery rate of 14.57%.The total recovery rate of fluorite reaches 72.27%,achieving significantly better production technical indicators than the on-site collector and the original process,reflecting the excellent comprehensive flotation performance of the new fluorite collector.
