摘　　要：区块链的去中心化、可追溯、不可篡改等特性适用于知识产权领域,应对信息披露悖论,去中心化降低登记成本,智能合约提高授权效率,不可篡改性保障可回溯性。然而,区块链应用于知识产权保护引发认证标准不统一、许可的权利移转难以起到公示效果,且区块链特性与知识产权法律制度存在冲突。为此,建议在区块链支撑下出台知识产权标准与应用标准,并且运用区块链推进企业数字知识产权保护平台构建,利用区块链特征助力产业数字化转型。Due to the excellent characteristics of decentralization,traceability and non-tampering of the blockchain,it can be well applied in the field of intellectual property,to deal with the problem of"information disclosure paradox".Decentralization reduces the cost of registration and confirmation of intellectual property rights;smart contracts improve the efficiency of intellectual property licensing,and non-tampering guarantees the traceability of intellectual property rights.However,the application of blockchain in intellectual property protection has led to non-uniform authentication standards,challenges in displaying the transfer of licensing rights effectively,and a conflict between blockchain features and the legal framework governing intellectual property rights.In order to deal with these problems and make the blockchain better serve networked open innovation,it is recommended to introduce supporting opinions and standard formulation for blockchain applications in the intellectual property field.Blockchain promotes the construction of digital intellectual property protection platforms for enterprises,which will help industrial digital transformation.
