摘  要:行政伦理学是行政管理专业的必修课程,从行政组织和行政人员维度研究行政管理过程中道德伦理问题,探讨行政组织及行政人员的道德素质和道德行为,是为培养学生在行政伦理学研究与实践领域中积极的道德思维能力。课程思政建设背景下,基于行政伦理学课程内容的特殊性,在明确课程思政建设内容组织的基础上,从教学设计和教学实施维度阐述思政元素融入课程教学的具体过程,有助于提升思政育人的成效。As a compulsory course for administrative management major,administrative ethics studies the moral and ethical issues in the process of administrative management from the dimensions of administrative organizations and administrative personnel,and discusses the moral quality and moral behavior of administrative organizations and administrative personnel,aiming at cultivating students positive moral thinking ability in the field of administrative ethics research and practice.Under the background of ideological and political construction of the curriculum,with view of the particularity of the content of“administrative ethics”,on the basis of clarifying the organization of the content of ideological and political construction of the curriculum,the specific process of integrating ideological and political elements into the curriculum teaching is explained from the dimensions of teaching design and implementation,which helps to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
