数智化时代管理类本科生培养的路径优化探索

摘　　要：党的二十大提出要全面提高人才自主培养质量,强调科教赋能、创新驱动、人才支撑“三位一体”协同育人,新文科建设要求坚定文化自信、培养时代新人、建设高等教育强国、文科教育融合发展,给管理类本科人才培养的发展改革指明了政策方向。数智时代的变革使教育发展呈现新的趋势,应用数智技术赋能新文科人才培养,是协同管理类本科人才培养与数智趋势的关键。在此背景下,通过明晰数智化时代对管理类本科人才的新要求,厘清管理类本科人才培养的思路和定位,梳理其人才的培养现状,探索新时代人才培养的优化途径,从重构数智时代的培养目标、搭建理实融合的育人机制、构建交叉融合的课程体系、创新双线并行的教学方法、强化数字学习能力的培养等方面推动新文科建设背景下管理学本科生专业能力培养的改革与创新。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China called for comprehensively improving the quality of indigenous talent cultivation,emphasizing a“trinity”approach of science and education empowerment,innovation-driven development,and talent support.The construction of new liberal arts education requires firm cultural confidence,cultivating new talents for the era,building a strong higher education system,and integrating development of liberal arts education,providing policy direction for the development and reform of undergraduate management education.The transformation in the digital intelligence era presents new trends in education development.Empowering new liberal arts talent cultivation with digital intelligence technology is key to aligning undergraduate management education with these digital trends.Against this backdrop,by clarifying the new requirements of management undergraduate talents in the digital intelligence era,refining the thinking and positioning of their cultivation,examining the current status of talent training,and exploring optimized pathways for talent cultivation in the new era,the paper proposes to promote the reform and innovation of undergraduate management students’professional ability training under the new liberal arts construction through reconstructing training goals in the digital era,building an integrated theoretical and practical education mechanism,constructing an interdisciplinary curriculum system,innovating dual-track teaching methods,and enhancing digital learning capability.
