摘 要:文章通过半结构访谈收集数据资料,从教育主体、家庭空间场域、公共服务三个维度评估儿童思想教育引导工作中社会性别意识现状,发现在开展儿童思想教育引导工作中,教育主体、家庭空间场域、公共服务供给普遍存在一定程度的性别平等意识,有利于儿童思想教育引领工作。但也存在对性别平等缺乏深层次的理解、“重男轻女”“刻板印象”现象、家庭事务/决策中依然男女有别、儿童专业工作群体存在认知与实践脱节等问题。针对上述问题,可通过强化性别平等的知识普及、加强性别平等宣传、增强性别平等工作赋能等途径加以优化。This article uses semi-structured interviews to collect data and assesses the current state of gender awareness in children’s ideological education guidance from three dimensions:educational subjects,family space,and public services.It finds that there is a general awareness of gender equality in educational subjects,family environments,and the provision of public services,which is beneficial for children’s ideological education guidance.However,there are also issues such as a lack of deep understanding of gender equality,the persistence of gender stereotypes and the“preference for boys over girls”,gender differences in family affairs and decision-making,and a disconnect between cognition and practice among professionals working with children.To address these issues,solutions could include strengthening the dissemination of knowledge on gender equality,intensifying propaganda for gender equality,and enhancing the empowerment of gender equality work.
