摘  要:为了对既有输电杆塔基础的检测评估及鉴定提供定量依据,以输电杆塔基础承载力可靠度分析为基础,提出一种新的输电杆塔基础承载力可靠性模糊综合评价方法。首先,分析检测指标对输电杆塔基础承载力可靠度的敏感性,探讨检测指标对输电杆塔基础承载力可靠性影响的权重系数取值;其次,开展输电杆塔基础承载力退化与其相应可靠度衰减的相关性分析,探讨输电杆塔基础承载力可靠性评价等级标准;最后,针对某输电杆塔基础工程检测案例,应用所提出可靠性评价方法进行等级评价。结果表明:通常基础混凝土尺寸和强度对输电杆塔基础承载力可靠度的敏感性影响最为显著,并据此分别构建掏挖基础、阶梯基础、大板基础对应不同检测指标的可靠度影响权重系数矩阵;输电杆塔基础承载力可靠度退化程度与其评定等级存在显著关联,并据此得出模糊评价得分的取值范围与相应评价等级的对应关系。In view of the lack of a quantitative basis for the inspection,evaluation,and identification of existing transmission tower foundations,a new fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the reliability of transmission tower foundation bearing capacity is proposed based on the reliability analysis of transmission tower foundation bearing capacity.By analyzing the sensitivity of the attenuation of the detection index to the reliability of the bearing capacity of the transmission tower foundation,the sensitivity coefficient and the attenuation influence coefficient are defined.The slope of the stability section of the reliability attenuation curve is used to characterize the impact of the detection index on the reliability attenuation.The field detection data are connected with the reliability evaluation model,and the factor weight coefficient matrix of the reliability evaluation model of the transmission tower foundation bearing capacity is established.Through the correlation analysis of the degradation of the bearing capacity of the transmission tower foundation and its corresponding reliability attenuation,the state space for the reliability evaluation of the transmission tower foundation is established and improved,and the V value is defined for the reliability rating.According to the reliability rating results,the scope of the corresponding structural bearing capacity decline and the structural maintenance treatment suggestions are given.Through a large number of examples,the reliability of the factor weight coefficient matrix and the evaluation state space of the model is verified,which effectively reduces the deviation of the reliability evaluation results caused by the expert experience method.Using the established reliability evaluation method of transmission tower foundation bearing capacity,the reliability of a transmission tower foundation bearing capacity is rated to verify the rationality of the proposed evaluation method.
