摘 要:根据颗粒床层过滤的特点搭建除尘试验装置,采用微孔陶粒作为颗粒床层过滤介质进行试验,总结不同工艺参数下颗粒床层除尘器过滤效果的变化规律。试验结果显示,微孔陶粒对提高除尘效率有一定作用,且孔隙率越大除尘效果越好。孔隙率为70.86%的微孔陶粒除尘效率可达99.88%。此外,将该除尘装置作用效果与当前国内现有的旋风除尘技术、袋式除尘技术、颗粒床除尘技术、陶瓷过滤除尘技术、金属微孔除尘技术、静电除尘技术等高温过滤技术的工作性能、优缺点及其他方面的研究应用进行对比可知:颗粒床层过滤器作为过滤式除尘器的一种,具有耐高温、持久性好、滤料成本低等特点,配合微孔陶粒过滤介质的应用,在将来的实际工业中可作为理想的高温除尘设备进行应用。In this paper,a dust removal device was set up according to the characteristics of particle bed filtration.Potassium felspar powder was selected as filter dust,and microporous ceramsite with porosity of 37.80%,45.27%,and 70.86% was prepared by different ratios of fly ash and pulverized coal as filter media for the test.The changing rules of particle bed filtration under four different process parameters(bed thickness,wind speed,ash deposition amount,and microporous ceramsite porosity.) were investigated.The experimental results show that the microporous ceramsite is significant in the dust removal efficiency and with increasing bed thickness,the dust removal efficiency and bed pressure drop increase.The higher the filtration rate is,the greater the bed pressure drop is and the worse the filtration efficiency is.When the wind speed exceeds 0.6 m/s,the change in the filtration efficiency and pressure drop is more obvious.The bed pressure drops increase with the increase of ash deposition,and the filtration efficiency increases first and then decreases with the increase of ash deposition.When the ash deposition reaches 2.42 g/cm^(3),the filtration efficiency is 99.8%.The larger the porosity of microporous ceramsite is,the better the dust removal efficiency is,and the microporous ceramsite with a porosity of 70.86% can reach 99.88%.In addition,the dust removal efficiency,advantages,disadvantages,research and application in various aspects of the granular bed dust removal device are compared with the existing high-temperature filtration technologies(e.g.,cyclone dust removal technology,bag filter,particle bed filtration,metal microporous dust removal technology,electrostatic dust removal technology).It is concluded that particle bed filtration has the characteristics of high-temperature resistance,good durability,and low cost of filter material.With the application of microporous ceramsite filter mediums,it can be used as an ideal high-temperature dust removal equipment in future industrial applications.
