摘  要:为了解挥发酚和石油类有毒有机物对厌氧氨氧化工艺脱氮效能的影响情况,利用升流式污泥床反应器(Up-flow Anaerobic Sludge Bed reactor,UASB)梯度投加挥发酚和石油类有毒有机物,分析不同质量浓度条件下二者对厌氧氨氧化工艺脱氮效能的联合影响,进而提升厌氧氨氧化工艺在含油、挥发酚废水领域的应用进程。结果表明:随着进水挥发酚和石油类有机物质量浓度的增高,系统对厌氧氨氧脱氮效能具有双重影响。进水中石油类有机物及挥发酚的质量浓度分别为0.90~3.60 mg/L和0.30~1.20 mg/L时,氨氮、亚硝态氮及总氮去除率分别高达80.00%、93.50%和71.00%以上,同时随着污染负荷的升高,总氮去除量提升,系统脱氮效果增强;当二者质量浓度分别升高至9.00 mg/L和3.00 mg/L时,氨氮、亚硝态氮去除率分别下降至72.00%和92.00%,总氮去除率低至67.77%,系统脱氨效能受到抑制。整个试验过程系统脱氮速率也随着进水污染物负荷的增高呈现先升高再降低的趋势,最高为0.319 27 kg·N/(m^(3)·d),此时厌氧氨氧化贡献率也高达98.00%以上。To understand the influence of volatile phenol and oil on the nitrogen removal performance of the anammox process,in the anammox section,the up-flow anaerobic sludge bed reactor(UASB) was used to analyze the combined effects of the two on the nitrogen removal performance of anammox process under different concentrations.During the experiment,the domestic sewage was mixed with oil shale-retorting wastewater to simulate the influent water quality after wastewater semi-nitrification,and the concentration of volatile phenols and oil in the influent water was increased in gradient by increasing the mixing ratio of oil shale-retorting wastewater.The test shows that it has a dual effect on the nitrogen removal performance of anammox by increasing of the concentration of volatile phenol and oil in the influent.When the concentration of oil and volatile phenol in water is in the range of 0.90-3.60 mg/L and 0.30-1.20 mg/L,the removal rates of ammonium,nitrite and total nitrogen are as high as 80.00%,93.50% and 71.00%,respectively.Besides,with the increase of pollution load,the concentration of total nitrogen removal increases from 164.06 mg/L to 173.90 mg/L,and the nitrogen removal performance of anammox is enhanced;When the concentration of the two increases to 9.00 mg/L and 3.00 mg/L,the removal rate of ammonium and nitrous decreases to 72.00% and 92.00%,respectively,and the removal rate of total nitrogen is as low as 67.77 %,the total nitrogen removal concentration drops to 170.00 mg/L,and the nitrogen removal performance of anammox is inhibited.During the whole experiment,the speed of total nitrogen removal of the system shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the continuous increase of the pollutant load in the influent water,and the highest value is 0.319 27 kg·N/(m^(3)·d);the contribution rate of anammox also reaches more than 98%.
