摘 要:(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy是超导转变温度Tc约为116 K的无毒铜氧化物超导材料,在迄今为止的超导材料中,高压法制备的(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy多晶块材在液氮温区具有最高的不可逆场Hirr~15 T.为了实现(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy超导材料的规模化制备,本文利用脉冲激光沉积技术在LaMnO3/MgO/Y2 O3/Al2 O3/Hastelloy柔性金属基底上依次外延生长了LaAlO3帽子层和(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy超导薄膜.X射线衍射实验结果表明(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy薄膜沿a轴外延生长,电学输运数据表明(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy薄膜的超导转变温度Tc onset为115K,零电阻温度Tc0为52 K,不可逆场为9 T@35 K.本文首次报道了(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy在柔性金属缓冲层衬底的成功制备,推动了(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy超导材料的实用化进程.(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy is a non-toxic copper oxide superconducting material with a superconducting transition temperature Tc of about 116 K.Among the superconducting materials so far,(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy polycrystalline bulk crystal prepared by high-pressure method exhibits the highest irreversible field Hirr~15 T in the liquid nitrogen temperature region.In order to realize the large-scale growth and stimulate high power applications of(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy superconducting materials,LaAlO3 thin film and(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy superconducting thin film are epitaxially grown on LaMnO3/MgO/Y2 O3/Al2 O3/Hastelloy flexible metal substrate by pulsed laser deposition.The results of X-ray diffraction(XRD)show that the growth of(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy thin film is grown in a-axis with the full width half maximum(FWHM)of theφ-scan about 2.06°.Electrical transport measurements data exhibits that the critical transition temperature(Tc onset)and the zero resistance temperature(Tc0)of(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy thin film is as high as 115 K and 52 K respectively.We,for the first time,realized the successful growth of(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy high T superconductor films on flexible metal substrate,which will accelerate the high power applications of(Cu,C)Ba2Ca3Cu4Oy superconducting material in liquid nitrogen temperature region.
