摘　　要：经皮穿刺上胸段交感神经阻滞被广泛用于治疗多汗症、上肢和胸部缺血性疼痛、复杂性区域疼痛综合征等。目前国内临床应用日趋增加和普及,为进一步规范该技术,推动临床合理应用,《中华疼痛学杂志》编委会组织国内相关专家组成上胸段交感神经阻滞疼痛科专家共识编写专家组,参考国内外临床研究,深入探讨该技术临床应用的适应证、禁忌证、操作流程和并发症防治等问题,并形成本专家共识,予以发布。Percutaneous upper thoracic sympathetic block is widely used to treat hyperhidrosis,upper extremity and thoracic ischemic pain,and complex regional pain syndrome.As its clinical application domestically gains momentum and broadens in scope,there's a pressing need to standardize the procedure and advocate for its judicious use.To this end,the editorial board of the Chinese Journal of Painology has convened a group of esteemed domestic experts.Drawing from both national and international clinical research,this expert group has delved into the indications,contraindications,procedural operations,and preventive measures for complications associated with this technique,forming this expert consensus.
