摘  要:火化机工况监测是火化机质量检测和环保监测的必要基础。为降低火化机工况监测建设成本,快速提升监测覆盖率,设计一种可复用传统仪表的火化机工况监测系统。通过分析现有火化机工况,将火化机工况监测的内容归纳为包括主燃室温度、再燃室温度、主燃室压差、油耗、含氧量等的燃烧状况和包括一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物等排放气体的监测。针对火化机工况监测需求,将传统监测仪表按数据输出接口归纳为热电偶电压信号和电流信号,并基于这两类信号开发可采集传统仪表数据的采集设备。数据采集后,通过无线网络上传至数据服务器,利用Web技术实现终端用户对火化机工况的远程实时监测。测试结果表明,所设计系统对火化机相关工况数据的监测精度均在1%F.S.以内,可满足火化机工况监测的要求,其低成本建设方案具有较强的应用前景。The working condition monitoring of cremation machine is the necessary basis for quality testing and environmental monitoring of cremation machine.A working condition monitoring system of cremation machine that can reuse conventional instrument is designed to reduce the construction cost of condition monitoring of cremation machine,and rapidly increase the monitoring coverage rate.Based on the analysis of the working conditions of the existing cremation machine,the working conditions monitoring contents of the cremation machine were summarized as the combustion conditions including the temperature of the main combustion chamber,the temperature of the re-combustion chamber,the differential pressure of the main combustion chamber,the fuel consumption and the oxygen content,and the emission gases including carbon monoxide,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide.In response to the monitoring needs of cremation machine working conditions,traditional monitoring instruments are classified into thermocouple voltage signals and current signals based on their data output interfaces,and a collection device that can collect data from traditional instruments is developed based on these two types of signals.After data collection,it is uploaded to the data server via wireless network,and Web technology is used to achieve remote real-time monitoring of the working conditions of the cremation machine by end users.The testing results show that the monitoring accuracy of the designed system for the relevant working condition data of the cremation machine is all within 1%F.S.Within this range,it can meet the requirements of the working conditions monitoring of cremation machines,and its low-cost construction plan has strong application prospects.
