摘　　要：孝宗由拔擢主战官员、部署北伐到再次接受议和的转变,背后是战和两派借助舆论相互攻击的过程。通过王十朋论史浩的公案能够揭示这一过程中涉及的政治话语传统与书写惯例及它们与政治运作间的复杂关系。王十朋对史浩的弹劾彰显出此时期士大夫重振台谏职责的决心,典型地体现了时人以“祖宗之法”发扬自身政治理念的思维模式和阐释模式,“道天下公议”的言说方式则又是宋代台谏官员普遍采用的论辩模式。这些固定模式产生的负面作用,使王十朋等人最终未能实现自己的政治理想,但他们也以自身实践对此前言路蔽塞、台谏不修的政治形势进行了一定的反拨,具有积极的现实意义。Behind the change of Xiaozong's attitude from promoting the officials advocating war and disposing the Northern Expedition to accept the situation of returning to the peace talk is the process of the war and peace factions attacking each other with the weapon of public opinion.Through the investigation of Shi Hao's impeachment by Wang Shipeng,the political discourse and writing conventions involved in this process and their complex relationship with political operations can be revealed.Wang Shipeng's impeachment of Shi Hao demonstrated the determination of the supervisory officials in this period to revitalize their responsibilities,which typically reflected the thinking and interpretation mode of using the"ancestral law"to amplify their own political concepts,and the argument mode of"elucidating the public opinion"commonly used by the officials of supervisory system in the Song Dynasty.The negative effects generated by these fixed patterns ultimately prevented the officials like Wang Shipeng from realizing their political ideals,however,their practice also have positive significance in improving the previous political situation that the criticisms and suggestions cannot be presented and the officials of supervisory system unable to discharge their responsibilities.
