摘  要:CO_(3)^(2-)和HCO_(2)^(-)含量能够反映碳的地球化学行为和碳循环特征,是重要的地球化学指标。本文利用双电极测量技术,研发一套测量CO_(3)^(2-)和HCO_(2)^(-)含量的小型野外现场快速检测仪,以一键式操作方式自动完成水质样品中CO_(3)^(2-)和HCO_(3)^(-)含量的快速检测,满足了野外现场调查要求,提高了野外现场测试效率。该仪器具有较低的检出限,CO_(3)^(2-)仪器检出限为0.001 mg/L,HCO_(2)^(-)仪器检出限为2.5 mg/L;对1×10^(-3)mol/L CO_(2)标准溶液平行测量7次,CO_(3)^(2-)、HCO_(2)^(-)分析结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=7)分别为4.4%和3.2%,仪器稳定性良好;通过不同测量方法对样品进行了对比试验,测量结果表明仪器具有良好的正确度;同时仪器具有便于携带、分析速度快等野外现场的应用特征。As the important geochemistry indicators,the contents of CO_(3)^(2-)and HCO_(2)^(-)could reflect the geochemistry behavior and cycle characteristics of carbon.A small field rapid detector was developed for detecting the contents of CO_(3)^(2-)and HCO_(2)^(-)based on double electrode measurement technology.The rapid detection of the contents of CO_(3)^(2-)and HCO_(2)^(-)in water samples was automatically completed with one-button operation mode,which could meet the requirements of field investigation.Moreover,the efficiency of field testing was improved.The instrument had low detection limits:0.001 mg/L for CO_(3)^(2-),and 2.5 mg/L for HCO_(2)^(-).The standard solution containing 1×10^(-3) mol/L CO_(2) was measured for 7 times in parallel,and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=7)of determination results for CO_(3)^(2-)and HCO_(2)^(-)were 4.4%and 3.2%,respectively.The developed instrument had good stability.The samples were determined by different methods for comparison,and the results showed that the instrument had good accuracy.Meanwhile,it had the characteristics of field application such as easy to carry and fast analysis.
