摘　　要：介绍了含镍废水蒸发器的工作原理,并结合对蒸发器和含镍废水的综合性分析,得出蒸发器结垢的主要原因及其结垢机理。在此基础上,通过一系列实验研究确定了一套稳定、可靠的含镍废水蒸发器结垢解决方法。该方法可在印制电路板(PCB)行业中应用,解决了含镍废水处置中的技术难题。This paper introduces the working principle of evaporator for wastewater containing nickel,and based on the comprehensive analysis of evaporator and wastewater containing nickel,the main causes of evaporator scaling and its scaling mechanism are obtained.On this basis,through a series of experimental studies,a set of stable and reliable scaling solution for evaporator of nickel-containing wastewater is determined.This method can be uesd in the circuit board industry to solve the technical problems in nickel containing wastewater treatment.
