摘 要:利用MCNP、Geant4和Fluka三种MC程序分别对同一高纯锗的探测效率进行模拟,并将模拟效率与实验测量效率进行了对比。研究结果表明,γ射线的能量范围在0.2~1.0 MeV时,高纯锗探测器的Geant4模拟值与实测值符合更好;γ射线的能量范围在0~0.2 MeV和1.0~1.5 MeV时,MCNP模拟值与实测值符合更好;Fluka模拟值在目标能区内其模拟值偏差较大。该研究结果可为γ射线绝对测量中高纯锗探测器刻度提供更加精准的模拟工具参考。Monte Carlo programs have important applications in radiation detection and protection technology,but there is a few comparative research on these programs.This work simulated the detection efficiency of HPGe-γ detector using three Monte Carlo programs,i.e.,MCNP,Geent4 and Fluka,and compared with the experimental detection efficiency.The steps are as follows:Firstly,each full-energy-peak detection fficieney of 133Ba,137 Cs and 60Co was simulated with idential conditins;Further the experimental detection efficiency was measured by using standard sources mentioned above;Finally,the simulated values provided by the three simulation programs were compared with the measured values.The results indicate that:1)When the energy range of the-ray is between 0.2 and 1.0 MeV,the simulated value of Geant4 is in better agreement with the measured value;2)When the energy range of the-ray is between 0~0.2 MeV and 1.0~1.5 MeV,the MCNP is better;3)Fluka has a significant deviation.
