摘  要:抗滑薄层作为一种预防性养护技术常用来改善路面的抗滑性能,而集料品质会对抗滑薄层的性能产生重要影响,因此寻找一种具有高耐磨特性兼具绿色环保的集料具有重要意义。基于此,利用高压电瓷再生集料制作环氧抗滑薄层,选择钢渣作为对比集料,通过抗滑耐久性试验综合评价2种废旧集料的抗滑性能及其长期衰减规律。结合集料矿料类型、微观形貌等分析宏观纹理和微观纹理对抗滑薄层抗滑性能的作用机理。同时采用煅烧铝矾土集料混掺探究不同集料的混掺方式对高抗滑表层抗滑性能的影响,以实现对抗滑薄层抗滑性能的调控。试验结果表明:废旧高压电瓷集料主要晶相硬度差异大,抗滑薄层具有优异的宏微观纹理,在14万次磨耗后其动态摩擦系数值为0.6,仍高于传统AC、SMA、OGFC类型的沥青混合料,具有优异的长期抗滑性能。钢渣集料组成各相硬度差异性小,导致动态摩擦系数衰减速率较高,在抗滑性能加速衰减阶段已不满足实际路面的抗滑性能要求。基于“差异磨光”原理,煅烧铝矾土掺入可以提升抗滑薄层的抗滑性能。当煅烧铝矾土掺量为75%时,高压电瓷集料抗滑薄层的μ40终值从0.6提高到0.72,钢渣抗滑薄层的μ40终值从0.38提高到0.6,可以通过废旧高压电瓷/钢渣与煅烧铝矾土混掺的方式调节抗滑薄层的长期抗滑性能以满足不同服役场景下路面需求。As a preventive maintenance technology,anti-skid thin layer is often used to improve the skid resistance of pavement,and the quality of aggregate will have an important impact on the performance of anti-skid thin layer.Therefore,it is of great significance to find an aggregate with high wear resistance and environmental protection.In this paper,the epoxy anti-skid thin layer was made of high-voltage electric porcelain recycled aggregate,and steel slag was selected as the comparison aggregate.The skidresistance and long-term attenuation law of the two waste aggregates were comprehensively evaluated through the anti-skid durability test.The mechanism of the action of macro-texture and micro-texture on the skid resistance of the anti-skid thin layer was analyzed by combining the types of aggregate minerals and microscopic morphology.At the same time,the effect of different mixing methods of aggregates on the skid resistance of the anti-skid thin layer was explored by blending calcined bauxite aggregates,so as to realize the control of the anti-slip performance of the anti-skid thin layer.The results show that the composition phase hardness of the anti-skid thin layer of waste high-voltage electric ceramic aggregates varies greatly,and has excellent macro-micro texture.The dynamic friction coefficient of 0.6 after 140000 times of wear is still higher than that of the traditional AC,SMA and OGFC asphalt mixtures,and it has excellent long-term skid resistance.The hardness difference of each phase of steel slag aggregate composition is small,resulting in a high attenuation rate of the dynamic friction coefficient,so the skid resistance in the accelerated attenuation stage has not met the skid resistance requirements of the actual pavement.Based on the principle of“differential polishing”,the addition of calcined bauxite can improve the anti-skid performance of the anti-skid thin layer.When the amount of calcined bauxite is 75%,the final value ofμ40 of the high-voltage ceramic aggregate anti-skid layer increases fro
