摘 要:随着区块链技术的发展,科研数据共享的实现方式发生较大变化,但目前对科研人员数据共享意愿的讨论较为不足,因而运用演化博弈理论研究方法,构建基于区块链的科研人员数据共享行为演化博弈模型,并将通证收益率、数据共享风险态度、奖惩力度等因素引入模型中,对区块链技术下科研人员共享意愿进行分析,对主体的数据共享行为演化关系进行推导和仿真验算,进而得出影响数据共享的关键因素。结果发现:该博弈系统存在两个策略均衡点,即博弈双方均选择不进行数据共享,或二者均选择进行数据共享;博弈双方的初始策略选择、通证收益率、数据共享风险态度、奖惩力度等是影响数据共享策略选择的关键因素,其中当共享的数据价值较低时,初期采取较低程度奖励和较高程度惩罚对促进科研人员进行数据共享的效果相同,反之,当科研人员共享的数据价值较高时,初期采取较高程度奖励和较低程度惩罚对促进科研人员进行数据共享的效果相同。从而可见基于区块链技术的奖惩机制可以实现科研人员数据共享相位和共享生态的绑定,消除两者之间的利益冲突,实现激励的相容性。基于研究结论,提出设计动态激励机制、加强平台推广运营和监管力度等建议。With the development of blockchain technology,the implementation of scientific data sharing has changed significantly.However,the current discussion of the willingness of scientific researchers is relatively lacking.Therefore,based on the research method of evolving game theory,a game model of data sharing of scientific researchers is built based on blockchain,and the total inferial yield,data sharing risk attitude,reward and punishment strength and other factors are introduced into the game model.In addition,in order to obtain key factors that affect the scientific researchers'data sharing willingness,the evolution of the data sharing behavior of the main body is derived and simulated.It is found that there are two strategic equilibrium points in the game system,that is,both parties of the game chose not data sharing,or both chose data sharing;the initial strategy selection,token yield,data sharing risk attitude,reward and punishment strength are the key factors that affect the selection of data sharing strategies;when the value of the shared data is low,the effect of lower levels of rewards and high levels of punishment in the early stage is the same,while the value of data is high,the effect of high degree of rewards and lower punishment in the early stage is the same on promoting scientific researchers.As a result,the reward and punishment mechanism based on blockchain technology can realize the binding of scientific researchers'data sharing and sharing ecology,eliminate the conflict of the interests between the two,and realize the compatibility of incentives.Based on the research conclusions,suggestions such as designing dynamic incentive mechanisms,strengthening the operation management of platform promotion,and strengthening platform supervision efforts are put forward.
