摘  要:研究目的:基于有限元理论和梁轨相互作用机理,以某座铁路上承式混凝土拱桥为例,建立上承式拱桥梁轨相互作用计算模型,考虑拱圈范围不同桥跨布置方式,系统分析桥上无缝线路受力规律。结合轨道高低线形10 m弦检算结果,提出铁路上承式混凝土拱桥桥上无缝线路设计建议。研究结论:(1)上承式拱桥拱上桥跨布置尽量采用连续梁,拱桥跨度较小时,可在拱圈范围设置梁缝,达到取消钢轨伸缩调节器设置的目的;(2)受拱圈温度变形影响,位于拱圈范围的梁缝高低弦测值变化较为剧烈,轨道几何形位保持较其他区段困难,养护维修应重点关注;(3)钢轨伸缩调节器应避免设置在拱圈范围,原则上拱顶不设置钢轨伸缩调节器;(4)本研究成果可应用于铁路上承式混凝土拱桥拱上无缝线路设计,特别是指导拱桥上钢轨伸缩调节器的设置。Research purposes:Based on the finite element theory and beam-rail interaction mechanism,taking a concrete deck arch bridge on railway as an example,this paper established a beam-rail interaction calculation model of deck arch bridge,and comprehensively analyzed the stress law of the continuous welded rail on bridge under different spans of the arch range.Considering the 10 m chord calculation results of track high-low line type,this paper put forward the design philosophy of railway continuous welded rail on the deck arch bridge.Research conclusions:(1)The best span arrangement of deck arch bridge is continuous beam.When the span of deck arch bridge is small,the setting of beam joint in the arch ring range is available to cancel the rail expansion joint.(2)Affected by temperature deformation of arch ring,the high and low chords calculation values of the beam joint in arch ring range change violently,where track geometry maintain is difficulty.(3)The rail expansion joint should avoid setting in the arch ring range,which is not allowed on the vault.(4)The research results can be applied to the design of railway continuous welded rail on the deck arch bridge,especially the setting of rail expansion joint.
