摘  要:染料木黄酮是一种在大豆及其制品中天然存在的异黄酮,具有抗炎、抑菌、抗癌、抗氧化及免疫调节等多重生物学功能。染料木黄酮作为一种植物雌激素,可以有效预防慢性疾病、心血管疾病及激素相关癌症,在食品保健、医药治疗等领域已得到广泛应用。在畜牧养殖中,染料木黄酮对动物生长性能、繁殖性能、抗氧化能力等也有一定积极效应,发挥类雌激素作用时还可起到双向调控作用。本文就染料木黄酮的理化性质、生物学功能与作用机制及其在畜禽生产中的应用研究进行综述,旨在为推动染料木黄酮在畜禽生产中的开发利用提供理论依据。Genistein is a natural isoflavone in soybean and its products.It has multiple physiological functions such as antiinflammatory,antibacterial,anti-cancer,anti-oxidation and immune regulation.As a phytoestrogen,it can effectively prevent chronic diseases,cardiovascular diseases and hormone-related cancers,and has been widely used in food health care,medical treatment and other fields.In animal husbandry,genistein also has a certain positive effect on animal growth performance,reproductive performance,antioxidant capacity,etc.,and can also play a two-way regulatory role when exerting estrogenlike effects.In this paper,the physicochemical properties,biological function and mechanism of genistein and its application in livestock and poultry production were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical basis for promoting the development and utilization of genistein in livestock production.
