摘 要:随着抗生素作为重要的疾病治疗手段在畜禽养殖中的广泛应用,畜禽粪便成为抗生素及其耐药基因(Antibiotic Resistant Genes,ARGs)的重要储存地。畜禽粪便不仅严重危害畜牧场周边环境安全,更会在施肥后破坏生态循环节律,危害人类健康。好氧堆肥处理可减少粪便中抗生素抗性基因的积累,控制抗生素耐药基因的传播,对畜牧业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文综述了畜禽粪便中抗生素耐药基因的分布情况、好氧堆肥的不同条件及其工艺优化对抗生素耐药基因削减效果的研究进展,为进一步改善好氧堆肥技术效果,实现畜禽粪便安全化、资源化利用提供参考。The widespread use of antibiotics as an important means of disease treatment in livestock and poultry farming,and animal manure has become an important reservoir of antibiotics and their antibiotic resistant genes(ARGs).This not only seriously endangers the environmental safety around animal farms,but also disrupts the ecological cycle rhythm after ferilization,posing a threat to human health.Aerobic composting can reduce the accumulation of antibiotic resistance genes in manure,control the spread of antibiotic resistant genes,and has important significance for the sustainable development of animal husbandry.This article reviews the distribution of antibiotic resistant genes in animal manure,the research progress on the reduction of antibiotic resistance genes by different conditions and process optimization of aerobic composting,and provides reference for further improving the effect of aerobic composting and achieving the safe and resourceful use of animal manure.
