摘　　要：目的系统评价和整合青少年非自杀性自伤主要照顾者的真实体验,为制定有效的干预措施提供策略。方法计算机检索Scopus、Embase、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、CINAHL、CBM、维普数据库、万方、中国知网,检索了青少年非自杀性自伤主要照顾者真实体验的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2022年4月28日。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,运用Meta整合方法进行结果整合。结果共纳入16篇文献,提炼出70个结果,归类成7个类属,合成3个整合结果:照顾者内部心理场发生变化;照顾者外部环境场发生动态的变化;照顾者行为方式的改变。结论青少年非自杀性自伤主要照顾者在照护过程中身心受到双重负担的困境,同时面临社会、家庭等外部环境的多重挑战,亟需医院、社区、家庭等多方面的支持。Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate the real experience of primary caregivers of adolescents with non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI),to provide strategies for the development of effective interventions.Methods We searched databases including Scopus,Embase,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CINAHL,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP to retrieve qualitative studies on the real experience of primary caregivers of adolescents with NSSI from the inception to April 28,2022.The JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies was used to assess the quality of the literature,and the Meta integration was used to integrate the findings.Results Sixteen articles were collected,extracting seventy results.Three synthesized findings were grouped from seven categories:changes in the internal psychological field;dynamic changes in the external environmental field of caregivers,and changes in the behavior of caregivers.Conclusion The primary caregivers bear physical and mental burden of caring for adolescents with NSSI while facing social and family challenges.Urgent support from hospitals,communities,and families should be considered.
