摘  要:心血管疾病在慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease,CKD)中很常见,是CKD最常见的死亡原因。而心血管钙化的形成对促进慢性肾脏病中心血管疾病的发生及加重有重要作用。因此,胎球蛋白A(Fetuin-A)作为一种主要的钙化抑制剂得到了关注。Fetuin-A是一种具有多种重要生理和病理功能的蛋白质,主要通过与钙、磷酸盐等形成可溶性钙蛋白颗粒(Calciprotein particles,CPP)来抑制钙化。然而CKD患者的血Fetuin-A水平是下降的,可导致心脏瓣膜、血管、血管平滑肌细胞、心肌钙化与功能减退,容易引起患者心血管疾病发生及加重。因此,Fetuin-A对CKD患者的心血管疾病有着不可忽视的作用,未来有可能作为CKD患者心血管疾病的一个重要治疗方向。本文就Fetuin-A对CKD中心血管疾病的影响进行综述。Cardiovascular disease is very common in chronic kidney disease(CKD).It is the major cause of death in chronic kidney disease(CKD).The formation of cardiovascular calcification plays an important role in promoting the occurrence and aggravation of cardiovascular disease in chronic kidney disease(CKD).Therefore,Fetuin-A as a major calcification inhibitor has been paid attention to by the public.And it is a protein with a variety of important physiological and pathological functions.It mainly inhibits calcification by forming soluble calciprotein particles(CPP)with calcium phosphate and other substances.However,if the blood Fetuin-A level of CKD patients is reduced,it will lead to calcification and function reduction of heart valves,blood vessels and vascular smooth muscle cells,and myocardial system,which can easily cause the occurrence and aggravation of cardiovascular disease in patients.Therefore,the effect of Fetuin-A on cardiovascular disease in patients with CKD can not be ignored.It may be used as an important treatment for cardiovascular disease in patients with CKD in the future.This article reviews the effect of Fetuin-A on cardiovascular disease in CKD.
