突发公共卫生事件下医学生志愿服务能力现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:调查突发公共卫生事件下医学生志愿服务能力现状,分析不足及影响因素并提出相应的能力建设对策。方法:通过文献研究法和专家咨询设计评价量表,应用问卷调查法对某医学院校临床医学、药学、护理学、预防医学4个专业大三、大四学生进行突发公共卫生事件医学生应急能力与志愿能力现状调查,采用SPSS 26.0对影响因素进行分析。结果:某医学院校医学生突发公共卫生事件志愿服务能力在知识、技能、个人品质与态度、社会认同4个维度总分中位数为73.68分(换算后百分制),个人品质与态度维度得分最高,为78.10分,知识和技能维度得分相对低,分别为73.20分和71.37分;专业、志愿精神及常识课程学习、健康管理课程学习、心理疏导课程学习、卫生应急课程学习情况、专家讲座、主题班会、社区服务实践培训方式、参与志愿服务培训频率为志愿服务能力的影响因素(P<0.05);多因素分析发现预防医学专业、参与培训频率为突发公共卫生事件下医学生志愿服务能力的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:某医学院校医学生突发公共卫生事件志愿服务能力有待加强,知识与技术水平有待进一步提升,应制定出能力培训体系、培养形式、质量评价机制等一套有针对性的医学生突发公共卫生事件志愿服务能力提升对策。Objective:To investigate the current situation of medical students'volunteering ability under public health emergencies,to analyse the deficiencies and influencing factors and to put forward corresponding countermeasures for capacity building.Methods:By filling out the questionnaire and selecting SPSS 26.0 to analyse the collected data.Through literature research and expert consultation,the evaluation scale was designed to investigate the status quo of emergency response ability and volunteer ability of junior and senior students majoring in clinical medicine,pharmacy,nursing and preventive medicine in a medical university by questionnaire survey.Results:The median total score of medical students'volunteering ability for public health emergencies in a medical school was 73.68(converted percentage)in the four dimensions of knowledge,skills,personal qualities and attitudes,and social identity,with the highest score(78.10)for personal qualities and attitudes,and relatively lower scores for the dimensions of knowledge and skills,73.20 and 71.37 respectively.Major,volunteer spirit and common sense course learning,health management course learning,psychological counseling course learning,health emergency course learning,expert lecture,thematic class meeting,community service practice training mode,frequency of participation in volunteer service training were the influencing factors of volunteer service ability(P<0.05).Multi-factor analysis showed that the specialty of preventive medicine and the evaluation rate of training participation were independent risk factors for medical students'volunteer service ability under public health emergencies(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ability of medical students to volunteer for public health emergencies in a medical school needs to be strengthened,and the level of knowledge and skills needs to be further improved,and a set of targeted countermeasures to improve the ability of medical students to volunteer for public health emergencies should be explored,such as the ability training syst
