摘　　要：目的:调查医学生健康自我管理能力现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用分层整群抽样方法,选取安徽某医学院校2193名在校本科生,采用成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表对医学生健康自我管理能力进行测定,利用SPSS 26.0软件对数据进行分析。结果:医学生健康自我管理能力总得分为(152.22±20.95)分,健康自我管理行为、健康自我管理认知和健康自我管理环境得分依次为(49.90±9.90)分、(62.88±7.84)分、(39.44±7.18)分。线性回归分析结果显示:⑴健康自我管理总分:与临床医学专业学生相比,护理学专业学生得分较低(P<0.05);与母亲文化程度小学及以下者相比,高中、大专及以上学历者得分较高(P<0.05);与大一学生相比,大四学生得分较低(P<0.05);⑵健康自我管理行为得分:与临床医学专业学生相比,医学影像学专业学生得分较低;与男生相比,女生得分较低(P<0.05);母亲文化程度越高,得分相对越高(P<0.05);⑶健康自我管理环境得分:与临床医学专业学生相比,护理学专业学生得分较低(P<0.05);与母亲文化程度小学及以下者相比,高中、大专及以上学历者得分较高(P<0.05);⑷健康自我管理认知得分:与临床医学专业学生相比,护理学专业学生得分较低(P<0.05);与男生相比,女生得分较高(P<0.05);与大一学生相比,大四学生得分较低(P<0.05)。结论:医学生健康自我管理能力处于中上水平。健康自我管理能力主要受性别、母亲文化程度、年级和专业的影响。Objective:To investigate the status of health self-management capabilities of medical undergraduates and analyze their influencing factors.Methods:A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 2,193 undergraduates from a medical school in Anhui Province.The health self-management ability of medical students was measured with the rating scale of health-management skill for adults,and the data were analyzed with SPSS 26.0 software.Result:The total score of health self-management ability of medical students was(152.22±20.95),which was above average;The scores of health self-management behavior,health self-management cognition,and health self-management environment were(49.90±9.90),(62.88±7.84)and,(39.44±7.18),respectively.The regression analysis showed that:⑴the self health mangement scores:Compared with the students majoring in clinical medicine,the score of the students majoring in nursing was relatively lower(P<0.05);the scores of the students whose mothers had high school education or above were higher than those of the students whose mothers had lower education(P<0.05);the seniors had lower scores than those of freshmen(P<0.05);⑵the scores of self health management behavior:the behavior scores of medical imaging students were lower than those of the clinical medical students,girls had lower behaviour scores than those of the boys(P<0.05);the higher the mother's education level,the higher the behavior score(P<0.05);⑶the environmental scores:compared with clinical medical students,nursing students had lower cognitive scores(P<0.05),the scores of the students whose mothers had high school education or above were higher than those of the students whose mothers had lower education(P<0.05);(4)the cognitive scores:compared with clinical medical students,nursing students had lower cognitive scores(P<0.05);compared with girls,the cognitive scores of boys were lower(P<0.05);and seniors had lower scores than those of freshmen(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical students'health self-management ability is at the
