摘  要:预制装配桥梁采用工厂化预制、现场拼装的施工方法,具有施工质量高、建设周期短和环境扰动少等优点。为满足预制装配桥梁下部结构的建造需求,结合了超高性能混凝土(ultra high-performance concrete,UHPC),提出一种新型的嵌入式钢管混凝土(concrete-filled steel tube,CFST)墩柱-盖梁承插连接节点。开展1∶3缩尺的拟静力试验,揭示节点的损伤发展和失效模式,探究承插深度对节点抗震性能的影响规律,并基于ABAQUS建立节点的精细化数值分析模型。研究结果表明:1.2倍CFST直径的承插深度可保证损伤发生在节点区域以外,盖梁保持弹性状态,通过分析滞回曲线、承插能力和耗能能力等抗震性能指标,验证了新型节点良好的抗震性能;基于试验结果验证了节点数值分析模型可以合理精度预测节点的整体地震响应和承载能力。研究工作可为预制装配桥梁下部结构在中高烈度区的工程应用提供参考。The prefabricated bridge adopts the construction method of factory prefabrication and on-site assembly,which has the advantages of high construction quality,short construction period and less environmental disturbance.To meet the construction requirements of the prefabricated bridge substructure,this paper proposes a new type of embedded concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)pier column-cap beam socket connection joint combined with Ultra High-Performance Concrete(UHPC).A quasi-static test with a scale of 1∶3 was carried out to reveal the damage development and failure modes of the joints,to study the influence of the socket depth on the seismic performance of the joints,and to establish a refined numerical analysis model of the joints based on ABAQUS.The research results show that the socket depth of 1.2 times the CFST diameter can ensure that the damage occurs outside the joint area,and the cap beam maintains an elastic state.The good seismic performance of the new joint is verified by analyzing the seismic performance indicators such as hysteretic curve,socket capacity and energy dissipation capacity.Based on the test results,it is verified that the joint numerical analysis model can predict the overall seismic response and capacity of the joints with reasonable accuracy.The research work in this paper can provide a reference for the engineering application of prefabricated bridge substructure in medium and high seismic intensity areas.
