乡村篮球文化赋能乡村振兴的价值审视——以贵州“村BA”为例

摘　　要：近年来,在国家乡村振兴战略的引领下,乡村贫困地区陆续脱贫,精准脱贫取得一定的成绩。但乡村振兴不能仅仅依靠经济产业的兴盛,更需要乡村文化的深层滋润,乡村文化赋能才是乡村振兴“魂”之所在。运用文献资料法与案例分析法,以贵州“村BA”乡村篮球文化火爆出圈为例,论述乡村篮球文化赋能乡村振兴的价值,旨在为乡村篮球文化赋能乡村振兴提供理论参考。结论显示:在推进乡村振兴过程中,乡村篮球文化起到了一种助推剂的作用,为乡村振兴助推产业兴旺、维护生态宜居、建设乡风文明、增强治理效能、实现生活富裕方面提供实践价值。In recent years,with the guidance of the national rural revitalization strategy,poverty elimination has been gradually accomplished in rural poverty-stricken areas and certain achievements of targeted poverty elimination have been made.However,rural revitalization can not merely rely on economic prosperity but also requires the deep nourishment of rural culture,and the rural culture is thus the“soul”of enablement of rural revitalization.Using the methods of literature review and case analysis,taking the booming rural basketball culture of Guizhou s“Village BA”as an example,this paper discusses the value of enabling rural revitalization with rural basketball culture.The conclusion shows that in the process of promoting rural revitalization,rural basketball culture plays a role as a booster,provides practical value for promoting industrial prosperity,maintaining ecological livability,building rural civilization,enhancing governance efficiency,and achieving prosperity in rural revitalization.This paper aims to provide a theoretical reference for the enablement of rural revitalization with rural basketball culture.
