摘  要:文章对使用阳离子交换法处理酸性工业废水中重金属工艺进行研究,通过对电渗析法处理酸性重金属工业废水实验的原理、测试方法、模拟废水准备、废水处理合格的要求和具体实验操作进行介绍。探索了不同流量、不同电压、不同电流密度和不同酸度对酸性重金属工业废水处理结果的影响。结果表明,当流量为30 L/h、电压为20 V、电流密度为25 mA·cm^(-2)、酸度为5%的条件下处理效果最佳。The treatment of heavy metals in acid industrial wastewater by cation exchange process is studied in this paper and the principle,test method,spreparation of simulated wastewater,requirements of qualified wastewater treatment and specific experimental operation of the treatment of acid heavy metal industrial wastewater by electrodialysis are introduced.The effects of different flow rates,voltages,current densities and acidity on acid heavy metal wastewater of industrial treatment are investigated.The results show that the best treatment effect is obtained when the flow rate is 30L/h,the voltage is 20V,the current density is 25 mA·cm^(-2) and the acidity is 5%.
