摘 要:新型螺旋气锚采用双螺旋变螺距结构,与等螺距的单螺旋气锚相比,能有效提高油气分离效率。针对新型螺旋气锚在高气液比低液量的井中存在的问题,提出对分离长度、流道旋转断面、进液流道三个方面进行改进。通过以上三个方面的改进和完善,在黄59-5等3口井应用,平均泵效提高33.8%,效果较明显。The application of the double pitch system showed that the gas-oil separation is more efficient than the single system with the same pitch of the gas anchor.There were some problems when the double pitch system was applied to the high gas-liquid ratio and low production oil well.In order to solve these problems,tests were carried out through adjusting the separation length,the rotating section of flow channel and the inlet flow channel,and after that,the double pitch system was used in the well H59-5,the result showed that its pump efficiency was increased 33.8 percentage.
