产科护士围产期姑息照护知信行量表的编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的编制适合我国文化背景的产科护士围产期姑息照护知信行量表,检验量表信效度。方法根据知信行理论,依据文献及德尔菲专家函询编制量表初稿,调查604名产科护士以检验量表的信效度,形成正式版量表。结果产科护士围产期姑息照护知信行量表包括3个维度,11个因子,共51个条目;量表总体Cronbachα系数是0.959,重测信度Cronbachα系数是0.976,内容效度是0.980;探索性因子分析提取11个公因子,累积方差贡献率为87.745%,验证性因子分析显示,量表模型拟合度良好。结论产科护士围产期姑息照护知信行量表具有良好的信度和效度,并有一定的推广价值,可作为评估量表应用于临床实践。Objective To develop a knowledge,belief and practice(KPA)scale for perinatal palliative care of obstetric nurses suitable for domestic cultural background,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods According to the theory of KAP,the draft of the scale was developed after literature review.Expert consultation was conducted with Delphi method and 604 obstetric nurses were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the scale,and the final version of the scale was formed.Results The KPA scale of perinatal palliative care of obstetric nurses included 3 dimensions,11 factors,and 51 items.The coefficient was 0.959,and the retest reliability 0.976,and the content validity 0.980;The exploratory factor analysis proposed 11 common factors,with the cumulative variance contribution rate of 87.745%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the scale model had a good fit.Conclusion The KPA scale for perinatal palliative care of obstetric nurses has good reliability and validity,and can be used in clinical practice as an evaluation scale.
