基于SWOT分析的兰州新区绿色物流发展策略研究

摘　　要：随着中国电商行业的迅速发展,物流产业也在不断发展,它不仅改变了人们的生活方式,还逐渐成长为支撑国民经济发展的重要产业之一。兰州新区发展绿色物流能有效降低对当地生态环境的损耗,为当地物流企业带来巨大的经济效益和社会效益,最终实现可持续发展。文中基于SWOT分析法识别出兰州新区发展绿色物流的优势与不足。通过向兰州新区物流行业从业人员发放调查问卷,发现兰州新区绿色物流发展过程中存在缺乏先进的绿色物流技术、整体创新能力弱和人力资源保障弱等难题,并根据分析结果提出兰州新区绿色物流发展策略。With the rapid development of China's e-commerce industry,the logistics industry is also constantly developing,which has not only changed people s lifestyles,but also gradually grown into one of the important industries supporting the development of the national economy.Developing green logistics in Lanzhou New Area can effectively reduce the damage to local ecological environment,and bring huge economic and social benefits to local logistics enterprises,which is prone to achieve sustainable development.Based on SWOT analysis,this paper identifies the advantages and disadvantages of developing green logistics in Lanzhou New Area.Through the distribution of questionnaires to employees in the logistics industry in Lanzhou New Area,it is found that there exist some problems in the development of green logistics in Lanzhou New Area,such as lack of advanced green logistics technology,weak overall innovation ability and poor human resources guarantee.In response to these problems,the development strategy of green logistics in Lanzhou New Area is proposed in the paper according to the analysis results.
