摘　　要：在我国的国民经济中,电力行业占据着重要位置,而随着社会经济的发展速度不断加快,其重要性也越来越突出。在此形势下也对电力企业提出了更高的要求。物质物流配送管理是电力企业各项管理工作中的一项重要内容,在很大程度上影响着电力企业的运营。但通过对现阶段的电力物资物流配送管理现状进行分析后不难看出,其还存在很多问题,包括高库存成本、未及时配送、信息化程度不高以及物流人员不具备较高素质等,都会影响到电力企业的正常生产。所以,文中以电力物资物流配送管理的工作内容为着手点,深入探讨了电力物资物流配送管理中存在的问题,并提出了优化策略,希望能够为大家提供有效参考。In China s national economy,the power industry occupies an important position,and with the continuous acceleration of social and economic development,its importance has become increasingly prominent.In this situation,higher requirements have also been put forward for power enterprises.Material logistics distribution management is an important aspect of various management work in power enterprises,which greatly affects the operation of power enterprises.However,by analyzing the current situation of logistics and distribution management of power materials,it is not difficult to see that there are still many problems,including high inventory costs,delayed delivery,low level of informatization,and logistics personnel not possessing high quality,which have affected the normal production of power enterprises.Therefore,this article takes the work content of power material logistics distribution management as the starting point,deeply explores the problems in power material logistics distribution management,and proposes optimization strategies,hoping to provide effective references for everyone.
