摘  要:近年来,绿色物流已经成为现代物流发展的趋势,但是在数字经济背景下,绿色物流仍然存在发展问题。分析发现,主要问题包括:绿色物流发展意识薄弱,相关管理体系不完善;数字物流技术水平不高,与绿色物流融合度较低;绿色物流基础设施不足,制约绿色物流发展;绿色物流专业人才缺乏,物流发展内生动力不足。通过以上分析,文中基于PDCA模型,分析绿色物流创新路径。未来绿色物流发展应当加强绿色物流顶层设计,完善绿色物流创新体系;健全数字化物流技术,推动绿色物流各环节运作;实时检测绿色物流动向,加强物流运输保障措施;优化绿色物流发展策略,提高绿色物流发展质量。In recent years,green logistics has become a trend in the development of modern logistics,but in the context of the digital economy,there are still development issues with green logistics.Through analysis,it was found that the main problems include:weak awareness of green logistics development,and incomplete management systems;The level of digital logistics technology is not high,and the integration with green logistics is relatively low;Insufficient green logistics infrastructure restricts the development of green logistics;There is a lack of professional talents in green logistics,and the internal driving force for logistics development is insufficient.Based on the above analysis,this article analyzes the innovation path of green logistics based on the PDCA model.In the future,the development of green logistics should strengthen the top-level design of green logistics and improve the innovation system of green logistics;Improve digital logistics technology and promote the operation of various links in green logistics;Real time monitor the detection of green logistics trends and strengthen the logistics transportation guarantee measures;Optimize the development strategy of green logistics and improve the quality of green logistics development.
