摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展,跨国企业的数量日益增加,其中存在着一定比例的进行对外直接投资的合资企业,对于这些合资企业需要合理确定股权比例并做好股权控制,从而可以保证相关利益,同时可以降低合资企业的经营风险。文章围绕这些对外直接投资的合资企业中的股权比例问题及控制问题展开分析,通过对股权比例控制的重要性、影响股权比例的相关控制因素的分析,进一步总结国内外对外直接投资的合资企业中的股权比例研究现状,并结合我国实际国情,提出这些合资企业中的股权比例及控制的相关策略,更好地指导它们的股权分配与管理。With the development of economic globalization,the number of multinational enterprises is increasing day by day.There is a certain proportion of foreign direct investment joint ventures,and it is necessary to reasonably determine the equity ratio and control the equity of these joint ventures,in order to ensure relevant interests while reducing the operational risks of joint ventures.This paper analyzes the equity ratio and control issues in foreign direct investment joint ventures.By analyzing the importance of equity ratio control,related control factors affecting equity ratio,it further summarizes the current research status of equity ratio in foreign direct investment joint ventures at home and abroad.Based on China's actual national conditions,it proposes relevant strategies for equity ratio and control in foreign direct investment joint ventures,to better guide the equity allocation and management of China's foreign direct investment joint ventures.
