摘 要:为了解决当前公路货物运输市场存在的运力资源分配不合理、运输成本高、运力资源浪费严重等问题,文章通过借助物流信息平台,整合企业不同地区的运力资源,对企业的运力资源实现优化。对运力调度的优化包括提货调度与干线运输两个方面,通过考虑运输成本、车辆满载率等重要影响因素,分别建立运力调度模型求解。结果证明,协同管理模式下企业运输的车辆满载率大幅提高,运输成本降低,运力资源得到合理利用。To solve the issues of excessive transportation resource allocation,high transportation costs and excessive waste of transportation resources in the current highway freight transportation market,this paper integrates transport resources of different regions of enterprises with the help of logistics information platform,and optimizes the transport resources of enterprises.The optimization of capacity scheduling includes two aspects of pickup scheduling and trunk line transportation,and the capacity scheduling model is established to solve the problem by considering the important influencing factors such as transportation cost and vehicle full load rate.The results show that under the cooperative management mode,the load rate of vehicles is greatly increased,the transportation cost is reduced,and the transportation capacity resources are rationally utilized.
