摘 要:针对液氨储罐运行安全评价难的问题,应用层次分析法(AHP)、熵权法基础理论,形成了液氨储罐的安全评价指标体系和模糊综合评价方法,从而构建了液氨储罐安全评价模型,实现了液氨储罐的安全等级评价。同时,运用该评价模型及方法进行了某大型冷库氨制冷企业液氨储罐安全等级评价,结果表明:该液氨储罐安全等级为Ⅴ级,存在安全风险,不宜继续使用,与该液氨储罐实际安全状况相符,验证了AHP-熵权法评价方法的可行性。Aiming at the difficulty of safety evaluation of liquid ammonia storage tank,the basic theories of hierarchical analysis(AHP)and entropy power method are applied to form a safety evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for liquid ammonia storage tanks,thus constructing a safety evaluation model for liquid ammonia storage tanks and realizing the safety level evaluation of liquid ammonia storage tanks.Besides,the evaluation model and method are used to evaluate the safety level of liquid ammonia storage tanks in a large cold storage and refrigeration enterprise.The results show that the safety level of the liquid ammonia storage tanks is V,which has safety risks and is not suitable for further use.It is consistent with the actual safety situation of the liquid ammonia storage tank,and also verifies the feasibility of the AHP-entropy weight method evaluation method.
