摘  要:为提升老旧社区消防韧性,找出影响老旧社区消防韧性的关键因素,运用5M理论,从3个层面、5个维度(人的因素、建筑物状态、基础设施、外部环境、管理因素)构建老旧社区消防韧性影响因素指标体系,通过G1法和改进熵权法计算指标组合权重,构建DEMATEL模型并分析各指标间的关联性及处于消防韧性系统位置情况。以西安市某老旧社区为例进行研究,结果表明:应急处置与救援、火灾烟气自动报警系统、消防设施及电气设备定期维护、疏散通道宽度及畅通性等几项重要度相对较高,是影响老旧社区消防韧性的关键因素。因此,提高老旧社区韧性关键因素才是增强消防韧性的重点,从而降低消防事故发生概率。In order to improve the fire resilience of the old community and find out the key factors affecting the fire resilience of the old community,this paper uses the 5M theory to build an index system of the factors affecting the fire resilience of the old community from three levels and five dimensions(human factors,building status,infrastructure,external environment,and management factors).The index combination weight is calculated by G1 method and improved entropy weight method,and the DEMATEL model is constructed to analyze the correlation between each index and the position of the fire resilience system.Taking an old community in Xi'an as an example,the results show that emergency response and rescue,automatic fire and smoke alarm system,regular maintenance of fire-fighting facilities and electrical equipment,width and smoothness of evacuation passage are relatively important factors that affect the fire resilience of the old community.Therefore,improving the key resilience factors of old communities is the key to enhance fire resilience,thus reducing the probability of fire accidents.
